Senior AI Engineer
You combine deep applied AI knowledge with broad software engineering discipline. You shape architecture and quality standards with the team, take on the hardest technical challenges yourself and help engineers make better choices and build stronger systems.

What you will do.

Define architecture and technical standards for agents, AI services, evaluations and integrations.

Personally design and implement complex prototypes and critical production components.
- 03
Guide trade-offs around models, data, latency, cost, security and reliability.

Review code, designs and experiments and coach engineers substantively.
- 05
Translate technical possibilities into a feasible implementation route with consultants and clients.

- You have extensive experience designing and operating production software and multiple AI systems.
- You know modern LLM architectures, retrieval, agents, evaluations and their operational pitfalls from practice.
- You can set technical direction without stepping away from code and experiments.
- You make risks and trade-offs visible and pragmatically choose what is robust enough now.
- You enjoy building team quality through review, mentoring, standards and example.
