What you will do.

Design, build, test and operate reliable backend services and APIs.

Integrate with client ERP, CRM, document and communication systems.

Develop AI workflows with clear evaluations, guardrails, logging and human oversight.

Build security, privacy, data minimization and compliance into the design.
- 05
Work with consultants and client teams to evolve prototypes into useful products.

- You have strong experience in backend development, API design and relational or document databases.
- You can work in a modern cloud environment and naturally think about tests, deployment and observability.
- You understand that LLM output is probabilistic and design evaluations and safe fallbacks accordingly.
- You make pragmatic choices between existing tools, market products and custom development.
- You communicate trade-offs clearly and enjoy working in a compact, multidisciplinary team.
