AI Engineer
You take modern AI models from demo to daily use. You build agents, retrieval, tool use and automations around real processes, using evaluations, guardrails and observability to make them reliable enough for practice.

What you will do.
- 01
Design and build agents and AI workflows around concrete business processes.
- 02
Deliberately shape context, retrieval, tools, memory and human decision points.
- 03
Develop datasets and evaluations that make quality, safety and regressions measurable.
- 04
Work with backend engineers on APIs, integrations, logging and deployment.
- 05
Test new model capabilities quickly and productize them only when they demonstrably work.

Treat this as direction, not a checklist. If you bring a strong foundation and learn quickly, we would like to hear which perspective you add.
- You have software engineering experience and have built applications with LLMs or other AI models.
- You understand prompting, structured output, retrieval, tool calling and evaluation as engineering problems.
- You are comfortable in Python or TypeScript and can independently deliver a working service.
- You experiment quickly, but do not trust a demo without measurable quality controls.
- You communicate clearly with engineers, consultants and domain experts.
